    I have had great success with using chaste berry products to help regulate my hormonal moods. I was first introduced to them by a friend who recommended it. I got this one after being off them for a bit and starting to get pms again. This seemed to help. Some products don’t have a clear amount of each herb that they put in, just what is in the mixture. I like that this one tells you how much of each so you can compare. The pills are a little on the big side, but that makes sense as herbs tend to have bigger dosages needed. It seems to be a quality product.

    No Funky Taste, Nice Mix of Active Ingredients

    I chose to try these because of the nice, well rounded mix of active ingredients. There are a lot of things included that are great for overall everyday mood wellness, but also a lot of actives that are great support for menstruating women. I've been taking them about a week straight now and haven't noticed any notable results, good or bad, so I am hoping that with continued regular use, I will. These cost about $1 a day per packet of 3 capsules, so they are a bit on the pricey side, however since it's such a great mix of ingredients, I think the cost is worth it.
