I like the concept of this product, which is meant to support the female system while menstruating. I take 2 before my main meal of the day, when I’m feeling like I’m about to start a period. After taking them, I haven’t had any issues or adverse reactions. The capsules themselves are medium sized and easy to take, with no strange taste or smells.

I have struggled with hormone imbalance for much of my adult life and so I appreciate supplements that are specifically made to help women in that specific area.This supplement is easy to swallow with no bad after taste in my opinion. The capsules are somewhat large but this doesn’t bother me as I’m used to taking supplements.The company has a great website with a lot of good information to help women understand more about hormone balance and the use of their supplements. There’s also an app that is offered on the website that is completely free to use.These were developed in Silicone Valley and so it says formulated in the USA. They’re made in a GMP and FDA inspected facility and they are 3rd party tested. These are also non-GMO… all good things.As far as the effectiveness of the supplements, it seems to be helping. I’ll come back to update the review if I notice major changes after more time using these.

I got these to help woth hormone balance and menopausal symptoms. These really help with my energy levels, bloating, mood, appetite, and sleep. These camr highly recommended by a friend of mine so I thought I'd give them a try. So far so good however I just started. These are easy to swallow and I don't smell or taste anything. My stomache seems to handle ot well too. Item performs as it states in the listing. Thank you

I have had great success with using chaste berry products to help regulate my hormonal moods. I was first introduced to them by a friend who recommended it. I got this one after being off them for a bit and starting to get pms again. This seemed to help. Some products don’t have a clear amount of each herb that they put in, just what is in the mixture. I like that this one tells you how much of each so you can compare. The pills are a little on the big side, but that makes sense as herbs tend to have bigger dosages needed. It seems to be a quality product.

I ordered these digestive probiotic capsules for my wife. She didn't mention they are particularly good or bad after taking the whole bottle. The suggested daily dose of these probiotics is 4 capsules per day, 2 capsules with lunch and 2 capsules with dinner. Therefore it takes 15 days to finish the entire bottle.As advertised, there are 18 digestive enzymes in each capsule, which help the digestive system by quickly breaking down fibers, proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. I am not sure why they benefit for women's digestive and immune health only. I think those digestive enzymes benefits for both women and men. Similarly, Bacillus subtilis is not a promising probiotic bacteria for women health only.

The pills all come individually packaged. They are small and easy to swallow and don’t leave an aftertaste. The ingredients seem to be of good quality.
